Default Question on ticking sound

For the past couple of months, I've notice a small ticking sound whenever I drive and make a turn while the engine is not fully warmed up. When I straighten the car out or when the car is fully warmed up, the sound goes away. Everything seems fine and no leaks anywhere. Is this sound normal? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Yup, but the LSD noise is more like a slight grinding noise at slow turning speeds. Once it warms up, it makes less noise.

It's a bomb, back away from the car, I'm a trained professional
I'll come take it off your hands and won't even ask you to reimburse me for my travel costs to come take it away..A big "thank you" isn't even necessary, I'm just looking out for your best interest..

It's the LSD, mine grinds like crushed ice cubes being dispensed from your refrigerator..I wish it only ticked..Two different shops said "working as designed"...chicks love it

Sorry for the ignorance but the sound is normal then for the LSD? I know that our cars make a whole bunch of different noises which is normal. But I don't recall hearing this "grinding" noise until recent months. Or maybe I was just too into driving the car that I didn't notice before.

Nevermind. It's normal. I've just read the archives. But I do think that a LSD oil change is due (4years). Thanks guys.

LSD oil is the same as tranny oil. yes, it's time to do it now.

Mooty, any suggestions of which oil to use for tranny, besides factory?
