It depends...have you ever owned a modified sportscar? If you have, then you will be fine. My 6GT3 is almost more comfortable than my old e46 M3, I find that it fits me better, I feel more like a pilot than a driver.

datax... Yes, Motons on soft settings are much more plush than stock. Soft is probably the wrong word... they do not act like the cadillac on "wallow" settings. They are simply more comfortable than stock and frankly, easier to drive. The car was really pleasant on the street, and of course, you could do all sorts of fun things with the suspenson on the track.

If you are still driving stock suspension, you will be shocked at the change to the car with Motons and a good alignment.

Bob - I presume you got your motons from Kent at Premier in Vegas. Do you know of any Moton support here in Utah? I am debating going down this road ala Marty and his beautiful arctic silver GT3...

Thanks,
-Blake

I just test drove a GT3 that I am looking at, and I found it to be very liveable, it is no more stiffly sprung than my E46 M3 w/Dinan suspension.

I would have no problem driving it every day.....of course I don't have a daily commute and my local roads/highways aren't that bad, but to be honest, I'd drive that GT3 regardless of any road condition...LOVED IT.

Good to know, Bob. Thank you. Still saving up for Motons and cannot wait to try it out.

Blake,
I think Air Power would do a good job for you. Give Les a call. My suggestion wuold be to go up a few steps in spring rate with the Motons (+150 read, +100 F) , especially with such a smooth track as Miller.

Hi Bob,
What kind of spring rates would you suggest for a car with 50-50 track-street duty? Thanks.

So little sound dentening is going to make a 996 GT3 annoying to some.
It is not just the stiff suspension.

Kannie, when you are ready for a set of Motons, do let me know first.
