Default White GT3s with Black rims pictures (needed)

Ok guys. I want my car to be clean looking when I'm not doing DEs but brake dust is killing me here. Washed a car 3 days ago and now I can see the dust again even with the street drivings. Thinking of powder coating or painting (I don't know which one suites better) a stock wheels to either black (glossy black or flat black) or gun metal.

Please post up a pictures of white GT3s on black or darker rims if you have some. Thanks. I photochopped one picture of mine and turn out so "I don't know". Yay or Nay? Is it too out there?

Cheers,
K

Powder coating's probably not the best idea on wheels, especially wheels that you'll put on track.

Gun metal or black paint would work OK I suppose. I personally like the stock finish best.

Kan, will the 997 GT3 or RS' black wheels fit the 996 (there seems to be a lot of black wheels 997 GT3/RS)? If so you may be able to find a set cheaper when the owner want to go bling?

Default Wheels

Why don't you buy a new set of wheels in Gunmetal or Black?

wait for Mooty's pics...his wheels are probably CCW's...they are great wheels and less expensive than BBS, especially with the current exchange rate...

We could meet up some time and swap wheels so that you could see them on the car directly, I also have the stock wheels boxed up in the basement if you want a to have them painted. I'de like to get them out of the way.

no rubbing in the back during my death drive on the street.

no rubbing in the front, EXCEPT when i turn more than 1/2 lock. rubbing can be seen visually, but i dont feel or hear it in the cockpit.

Wow. Thanks for the pictures guys. They look awesome! 19" look little too big (tires must be expensive too) but looks still nice. I think I'm just gonna get an another stock rims and paint it black.

You got some serious rubbers on that thing. Crazy, mooty.

Adam, I thought of going with Volks gunmetal or black or even bronze but just want to be cost effective with the mods these days.

C10's look the best in style and finish but may be too wide (9" in the fronts) for all-purpose wheels.
