The only way to get a true/accurate PPI done on a car at a dealership like that is to get it off the lot to an independent mechanic like TRE in the valley or Otto's in Venice. Which of course those dealerships don't allow. Catch-22. Good luck.

The good shops can and do put cars back together almost without being able to tell. With the technology and replacing panels the only real issue is not being able to bake the paint. Too much is made about cars that have been repaired. Collector cars are a different story but you are not getting one of those with 54,000 miles.

I stopped by there on Saturday--unfortunately they are closed Saturdays--but having a snoop around didn't see a GT3. There were 3 or 4 Turbos, but a lot more other makes than they've previously had there in the past. Guess the P-Car biz isn't working out for them.
To be honest whenever I've looked over there in the past, every car seems to have a story or at least smell like it has a story, if you know what I mean. And if it didn't it was overpriced.
