They look like my front and rear control arms. I use the single hole solid bushing at both ends. If you use the tri-hole on the outer hole, be aware of caster and toe adjustments more often.

After some searching i have some qestions about some Rs parts
On my car i have this in the rear
ERP Race toe links with 15mm spacer for bumpsteer reduction
ERP inner monballs
RS lower 2 pc control arms
SMR solid trailing arm busches
SMR Toe and lower control arm exentrick look kit
On order
ERP Dog bones ( Upper control arms)
Mode upper strut mount
I have read that the Rs subfram should not be a uppgrade, that the attackmet point of the arms are the same just a exenter slot that are diffrent, but i do not use the exentrics for adjustment so no uppgrade for me i think, so what do i need from the RS, the upprigts i think, but do i need any thing more..?

The RS uprights are made of magnesium. They're hollow pieces (very light), but also stiffer ( don't flex that much). Great upgrade for both front and rear. If you want to reduce rear bump steer.
As I understand, the RS rear subframes are required if using the rear RS uprights. I was told this by the vendor. However, I saw a car running stock rear subframes with RS uprights.
