Backstory, the guy is a drug smuggler, and apparently the VW is an accomplice of his. There was a baby in the VW. They later found drugs stashed inside the baby's clothes. Total scum.

Best part: when the hood flies up as he takes off while leaking coolant everywhere.

So why did they pursue the VW??? Did I miss something?

edit: Saw Moogles comment...now it makes sense. Classic how the guy was on the cell phone and did not want to hang up....is that Kalifornia? LOL
