Also Carnewal and Viperbob. Good move Chris, those rads are vulnerable. Just got them for the RS - dunno if I can get them installed for the weekend. Mine came from Racerron here in town.
Best,

Ordered a second seat today ... console delete ... clear side markers ... 8 deg shims ... some rotors ... some pads ... some other stuff

I won't get it in for this weekend but I will get it installed by the next Calabogie event.

I'm actually spending less than I thought I would. Exchange rate is helping as is careful shopping.

Thankfully my rims fit with a spacer on the fronts so I didn't have to buy new rims.

I ordered mine through TRG/any rule of thumb when to use 4 degree and when to use 8 degree shims?

The first one is sitting in my office on the floor waiting to be installed next week.

I thought I did but the stock one looks real good in red. I'm going to think about it. Shims are on order though.

Oh but it's a thing of beauty!

Do you need a RS wing? Of course not.

I just went through a mod process last week - added 8 degree shims, rear toe links, and new alignment (-2.3f, -2.0r) and the car definitely felt more planted in the corners...

Of course during my 3rd morning session on Sat, I blew a bypass coolant hose (identical problem to Datax and others) so should get the car back later this week... That bypass hose felt like spagetti. My mechanic noted that they replace all hoses on their 997 GT3 Cups once per year. Cheap insurance...

It took me to my 15th DE day to finally have a problem with the GT3...
