Yes and no. I shipped a Teq rollbar (I had 2) to another Rennlister. Let's just say, I only did it b/c it was for a another 'lister. Now easy to package up. The DAS might be since it is in 2 pieces.

I have a bolt-in Safety Devices roll bar with a harness bar attachment. It is in effect the back half of a full roll cage.
I would caution you as to one thing. I had it installed in conjunction with the Euro GT3 seats. After everything was installed, it turned out that the harness bar was about 3 or 4 inches too low. In fact it was below the bottom of the holes in the back of the seat where the shoulder straps go through. The more I tightened my straps, the less I could breathe because it was shoving my shoulders down toward my waist.
In order to fix the problem, I had to have the roll bar removed from the car; the harness bar had to be moved up (which required cutting it to the shape and size of the new place where it was going to fit) and re-welded to the roll bar assembly.
The moral of the story is make sure you get a guarantee from the shop that the Safety Devices assembly will fit with the seats that you plan to use.

Mike - That 20 degree angle is a "maximum" number. Yes, that could put it below the bottom of the holes in the seat, depending on the size of the driver. However, the angle on the Safety Devices bar was almost 30 degrees below my shoulders. Safety aside, it was very uncomfortable until I had it changed.
