Going to the track! What else do I need to do?
Well.. I'm getting a sickness... my GT3 has seen enough daily driving and now is changing into a track car... I want it to remain streetable but am looking for help as to anything else I need to do for track use...
Currently being done...
PCCB swap to Steel (front and rear)
Recaro GT3 seats with sub bar
6-point harness
Safety Bar
I'm not sure what to do with the steering wheel... It's the carbon fiber one and can get a bit slippery... any options??

The wheel is fine as long as you have good race gloves. My wife has that wheel in her car and it's just fine at the track. Not as easy though with bare hands.
Looks like you are set. Just take LOTS of water and gatorade. You can NEVER be hydrated enough at the track.
As for what to take, you will start a mental list after every event and start adding to what you take the next time and so on.
Have fun!

At the track if u haven't done many DE's your mirror is your best friend and look ahead of u 2-3 turns. Makes it so much easier for you and everyone else. I know the GT3 is fast but I tell u there are way faster cars too(darn could never keep up with those Nascar type cars). Lots of fluids and bananas. If your ego stays home your car comes home too : ). Regards. Mike
