Dell get some cat bypasses and store the cat somewhere in garage. With fabspeed bypass cat at least 15-20lbs from very back and never threw a emissions code. I got Fabspeed muffler on now with catbypass-liter weight and soundwise a little less muffleled then the stock ones. But if u got the dough that eisenmann one sounds mity nice. Regards. Mike

exige (not "s", just exige), all stock, no harness, porterfield R4's with full tread RA1's: 1:43:97 (again, i did this once only, repeated many low 1:46's)
rather than looking at my best lap time, i like to use repeatable lap times. so right now exige with me driving is 1-1.5 seconds slower than cay s. however, i know of another driver about my skill level had pulled 1:42 in an elise with nitron and shaved RA1's.
i have had the lotus for 2 weeks, had it on LS 3x, so still learning.
it drives like a lighter cay s but more visceral, louder, easier to throttle steer (it's not 50/50, it's *** heavy), no pwr steering, no torque. incredible brakes (the brake system isn't all the fancy, but the car is light), for T2, i jam the brakes at marker 2.5. i think in our GT3's i am on the binders by marker 4.5 or so.
so far, no surprised, car is good. let's hope i dont blow it up too soon.

Mooty have u thought of using kuhmo v710 if they got the sizes-they are stellar with respect to laptimes and since your car is light will be more durable. I thought of using them on my GT3 but at 3000+ weight it may last only 4 de sessions. Regards. Mike ps-great laptimes. I was scared getting to those times(actually your're better by few tenths=lol) in the GT3.

Dell,
The car looks very good.
My previous 996 was SY and I know what you are talking about..... :-)
I knew the RS wing would look great on your SY, more contrast. It almost looked the same color on my Atlas Grey from distance.
If you want the FabSpeed Bypass pipes, I have a set.

Kevin....PM sent.
Chris..... hehehe. Don't worry, I bring a can of paint to Zone2 for you
Jon....it's cars like yours (and many SY others) that have completely drained my wallet.
