Difference between Mobil Mobilube PTX and Shell Transaxle?

Which gear oil do you use? Mobil Mobilube PTX, Shell Transaxle, other?
Both are the 2 approved tranny oils as listed by PCNA. However, the reason I ask is that the current PET catalog lists the Mobil Mobilube PTX as the ONLY gear oil for the 04-05 GT3 and the Shell Transaxle for all the rest of the 9X6 line.
