I am always a bit concerned with my safety in case of a rollover with -just (?)- the Tequipment Bar.
As I originally thought that I would travel with my car, I was accepting this as a trade off for the mixed (Track/Road) use. The truth is that I do not use my GT3 on roads, only on tracks.
Is there an additional part that could convert the existing Rollover bar into a full cage ? Will I have to fit the RS cage or another cage loosing the present setup ?
Thanks to you all for your

I agree with MrC4.
Even if you could add a front section to the Tequipment roll bar, there remains a huge difference in the way that the rear section of a cage and a roll bar are connected to the chassis.

Boqueron,
do not-not-not use stainless bars for roll cage construction. The TQ bar is a great harness bar, but won't work as a roll cage. If you need to do the cage, you'll need 1.75" steel tubing, this is also what is required for most club events. The RS and Club Sport Cage you'll find have tubing too small for US sanctioning organizations.

Harry, unless you plan on racing the car, I'd go with the Porsche RS cage. It fits the car perfectly and the front section can be removed for road use. Remember any cage is a hazard if you are not wearing a helmet! That's why the Porsche RS cage has a bolt in front section. This might be the best option for you.

Thanks Bob, I will go for the RS cage. Sounds to be the best of both worlds ( or the middle distance to each of them...). Pitty that I did not advance this before: I bought the TQ rollover bar that did not come with my car...

Ditto Bob. The RS cage is very nice.
But also remember that with the front portion of the cage in place you need to be wearing a helmet. Without one it is going to be less safe in there and not more.

Obviousliy. As a mater of fact, in Spain - were I live - you can not drive with a full cage without a helmet and...you can not drive on the streets with a helmet...Then: you can not drive on the streets with a full cage....
