Thanks for the thread. I had just about forgot my car was less than a month away. B.H. Porsche next car in is mine. With any luck it will land early December. Also in white, PCCB's and Xeon's only!!!!

If it arives before Christmas it will cost me another $5k. My wife is planning a shoping spree on Rodeo Drive. Part of the deal for letting me drive Hwy. 1 home to Oregon. I love the Christmas Season.

cool! So Oregonians buy cars here too?

As for PCH north bound, I found mid week from San Luis to Big Sur to be nice and you know what free, so the party is ON! Did that mid Oct, a few RVs and locals pile up, just makes the passing that much more interesting. The bogies are looking for south bound from Silicon Valley day trippers driving their Ferrari garage queens down for lunch. Not suspecting the north bound approach. Have fun! $5K on rodeo huh? Thats about one scarf and pin. you got off cheap!

I bought the GT3 I have now at BH new also. The local dealers here (and we have quite a few) live in some fantasy land. Got sick of their games & attitude, picked up the phone & bought one from BH. Flew down a few days later & drove it home. Great experience with them, I'll be doing exactly the same thing for my next one.

I saw one today.

Well, actually it was on my drive and now it's in my garage.

And yes there is a Sport button on the centre console, and no ugly clock on the dash.

Oh, and yes, yes, yes - it really is as good as anticipated - probably better.

Here it is, Porsche .de's disrespect for the U.S. owners in all its glory, complete with

Sunroof
Heated seats
Sound package

Now, someone must have forgotten to tick the powered cupholder option.

Nice to see that they managed to skirt the gas guzzler tax. Now I'd just like to see someone get 24mpg in one

I really liked the white "release" car looks but this one looks "Ipodish" white. Perhaps the pictures being taken at night and the square bumprettes adds to the effect.

Hey Holger,

The Mk.1 GT3 and 996 Aerokit 1 has a gurney flap on the rear wing that you could order if it fits the shape and length. Some tuners even have it in carbon!
