From your signature, your car appears to be silver and that makes it even more of a
to mount the RS badge as the RS was only ever produced in white.To convert it to RS specs, you have a whole lot more to do than you have listed.

That car is the best 996 GT3 available in U.S. (it's fo sale).
The car is built fully to RS specs, plus a lot of suspension upgrades, such as bushings, Cup toe link front and rear, Moton CS with custom springs, improved brakes...
It has the GT3 RS front and rear uprights, the $5k carbon hood, the RS wing, plastic windows, LWFW....it would take about $60k-$70k to reproduce it from a stock GT3.
As currently set, that car runs circles around the new GT3 and GT3 RS.

Please don't put the RS badge on the car, not cool. The GT3 is an awesome car, be proud of it and don't pretend it's something else. But hey, it's your car do as you wish.
