Default Need help w/ Brake Part Numbers

I ordered and just received cmplete new brakes for 2004 GT3. Some of the parts do not match what is on the car but appear to be correct part numbers by a PET I have. Here are the part numbers I received, does anybody have the correct part numbers?

996 351 409 9H Brake Disc (seems correct but please confirm)
996 351 410 9H Brake Disc

999 067 047 09 Caliper Bolts
996 351 959 11 Tension spring kit This part is incorrect it should have the bolt/pin which holds the pad in place. This kit is the usual pin w/ clip

997 612 677 00 Sensor (seems correct)
996 351 948 00 Brake Pads (seems correct)
996 352 405 00 Rear Brake Disk (seems correct but please confirm)
996 352 406 00 Rear Brake Disk

999 067 042 09 Caliper Bolts
996 351 959 01 Rear Tension spring kit (seems correct)
996 612 365 00 Sensor This part is incorrect. The sensors on the car seem to be the same front and back

996 352 948 90 Brake Pads (seems correct)
996 352 086 01 Damping plate (seems correct) 28mm

964 352 096 00 Damping plate this is incorrect. This is 30mm
996 351 089 00 Vibration Damper (Large plate with large weights) This seems incorrect. I don't have this on my car

Other questions:
Will it hurt the calipers and/or pistons to run the pads without the damping plate (spider like circular 28mm plates)?

If anyone can give me the correct part numbers, this would be very helpful when I speak to the dealer and exchange the parts for the correct parts. And if you could confirm the disc are the right ones that would be very helpful.

Thank you,
Big Sky

I was considering the same thing with vibration dampers, have just to know the correct size (28mm or 30mm) - guess it's pad dependant?

The damper itself is so cheap part that it's good to replace anyways. at least WSM recommends to replace 'em.

Rear Rotors numbers that you listed are correct. The front tension spring kit is 996.351.959.30 which includes the bolt, I had the same problem. Other items I am not using since car is primarly for the track and I am using Alcon Front Rotors.

I am replacing PCCB's on my 2004 GT3 with iron. Anyone know the part # for the REAR iron Cup rotors that fit? Do turbo rotors work?

Thanks Alex

Alex, get the rear 997 GT3 cup rotors. That's what most of us use that switched from PCCB to steels.

Rob

I just moved to AR from Chevy Chase. BIG change. Will miss Summit Point.

Do you have a part # or place to buy the Cup rotors?

Thanks for the help.

Miss Summit Point, why? That place is garbage. I can understand missing VIR.

Default Summit point

Ugly children have parents who think they are beautiful. ; )

Summit is where I cut my teeth. I am a sucker for that track and for whatever reason; always raced pretty well there.
