I just threw my last pair of Michelins in the trash and have switched to Yokahama AD07s and A048s for the track. I would run Toyo RA1s if they made an OEM size.

How are Yoks priced where you are?

Jim,

Several reasons and at the top of the list were better straight line grip under braking and acceleration. Another big plus was the symmetrical desing of the tire which allows you to pull them off the rims and swap them left to right. As the GT3 eats the inside edge, this allows you to almost double the usable life of the tire which at $400 per tire is considerable. Anyway, yesterday was the first day with the AD07s so we will see how it goes from here but I really like them.
