Default Brake Fluid

For those of you who mainly track the car, what brake fluid do you use?

I use the motul 600 but I find that I have to do a lot of bleeds. When my supply runs out I think I'm going to try the Super Blue again.

Just to add, if you are equiped to do your own bleeds, I think the really expensive stuff is probably a waste. If you want to be sure it will last a weekend then go for the big bucks fluid.

OEM, since new. Not expensive, flushed before each weekend. Narry a problem.

SRF, but you NEED to flush, not just top off every 4 months. Yes, 3 times a year.

David, either you're as smooth as silk on the brakes or your home track doesn't have any turns!

OEM fluid worked fine for me with stock pads and street tires... but the stock pads were getting smoked out there and the rotors were feeling the heat stress (lots of early cracks and bluing). The stock pads are inadequate under track duress.

RS-29s cured the pad problem but proceeded to cook the OEM fluid.

The answer: Motul RBF 600

RJ,
I did about smoke the stock pads also, big time smell and they were disappearing fast so I changed to PS-19s and haven't had a problem since. Had the same rotor fatigue also, much better with the PS-19s. Rotors and pads are going to be done before the end of the year but still haven't boiled the fluid. Maybe I do need to learn to brake harder!
