metal, i am with you. like so many things the GT3 will morph into being more like the other cars. It would not suprise me if it comes with TIP in 2008. That way the people in the middle will be even happier.

I will not lose any sleep over this whole thing. There will emerge a builder which fill the void left by Porsche. Porsche will continue to make lots of money(I am a shareholder) and I will buy their cars if they fit my needs. I do not expect that to be in the form of a track car beyound the 996.

I like it bettter then the Cayman. I am so upset at Porsche right now!!!
Coming from BMW, they have no brakes compare to P cars.

The M3 brakes sucked, and the new M coupe brakes are being panned. I mean, mere journalists can fade them, WTF?

I brake. I have to pull off the track sooner or later.

The # 53 JLOC (Japanese Lamborghini Owner's Club) Lamborghini Murciélago R-GT finished 8th in GT1 and 23rd overall.

It was the first time that a Murciélago R-GT competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and perhaps the first time that one has finished a 24 hour race.

well I think you have said it all - 6th at Brno
23rd in Japan,
'finishing' at Le Mans - last in class, over 50 laps behind the class winner

and remember the embarrasssing factory effort in Europe, the Barbour-Krohn fiasco in ALMS.

The Murcie is a disaster area on wheels when it comes to racing.

The Gallardo racing effort is heading the same way....... As I have said before, on a GP circuit, on slicks, I can lap 2 seconds faster in the new gallardo than I do in a final model 996 Cup. In the cup car I am lapping as fast as the top five in Supercup, so I'm not hanging around. Now, can you tell me why this car isn't killing the competition on the race track?
