Hi,

My Mk.1 is running 97 degrees celsius when stuck in traffic. I know the exact temp as I have a Blitz R-Vit connected to the OBD plug.

Brgds

Edit; the ambient temperature, according to the car's thermometer is 37 degrees, and relative humidity is hovering around the 80% mark. Oh, and all temperatures are in degrees celcius.
This is the same for my Mk1 when sitting in traffic here in sunny England... but needle drops back to 1mm right of 80 when the car starts moving again.

Right, thanks for all the replies, it seems normal, then. Thanks for the reassurances.
