Gears are a huge difference, but about $5000-6000 installed. I woudl suggest the LWF at the same time since the tranny is out.

As for ECU's, just be weary of +10 hp at the high end and giving up a lot on the lower end.

For sheer driveability on the track, the Brembo floating rotors are huge. With the stock fixed hats, as the pads off-gas, the shake in the wheel is very disconcerting, and hard on the wheel bearings. With the floating rotors, there's no shake and it's easier on the rotating bits. Also get longer pad life, longer rotor life, and when the rotors are worn out, it's a little cheaper than getting motorsport rotors, and half the price of stock rotors.

The GT3 seats are a must (or some kind of track seat), motorpsort lip helps, and re-gearing the car with short gears and adding the LWFW will really bring it to life.

I loved reading through this thread and although I have not bought the car yet have already made a wish list for this seasons...

BBS Motorsport Wheels
Euro GT3 Seats/Harness
Cage of some sort
Fabspeed Muffler bypass pipes
Brake pad/fluid/ss line upgrade

thats it for now then next season I will go with a suspension of some sort.
