Larry,

TIA for maintaining a nice supply of used white GT3's. But yeah, it's hard to argue with your wife. You're a little nuts.

Yes, Mclearen is the best road car ever., however I have mortgage and wife, so if I rented and ditched the wife that is the only way I can afford a $1mm car. But what a car it is.

not the Enzo, and all the CGT drivers I know who have driven the Enzo, even the guy who has both, prefers the CGT.
The F1 is light - weight is the enemy of fun. You can go fast in the Veyron, but that gets boring, very quickly.

Never driven the street one, only two slow laps in an Evolution, it was 'memorable', however.

My 99 996 coupe lasted about a month...
I immediately looked at superchargers to "help it"
I then bought a 993TT and put about $20k in mods in a few months,
sold it and bought a 996TT

It is perfectly normal

Do you guys really think the new car is $30k better then the 996? I really want to like it, the styling is there but I just can't see spending that much more over what a used 996 GT3 is worth.
