Nah, unless it's 65% carbon fibre / aluminum construction I'll keep what I got or move to C6 ZO6 / Elise. Emperor wears no clothes!

Like I said, I don't know about RSR but as far as GT2, GT3 & TT goes, I've heard the same and will also be very surprised if it's wet.

I agree with Paul here. Will it really make any difference to any of you whether the 997 GT3 will be wet sump or not when it comes out? You will be so busy ogling over the 400 HP powerplant that you'll forget what dry sump is!

Yeah, I'll care. Definitely would get a used 996GT3 before a wet-sump 997GT3 then...

Not really. I enjoy the 996 Version's underated 381. In reality, mine is doing 372 at the wheels which is close to 420 ...A wet sump will certainly be a detriment to the heavier 997 version...
