What was your research on the seating? Am also tall and the GT3 seats are tight throughout. You mention EVO 3 SPARCO - you look at anything else, and if so, what was the decider on these?

I just got rid of my GT3 seats and temporarily installed Sparco EVO L seats (the replacement for EVO 2s). I used Brey-Krause mounts, and everything fit fine. These seats are about 1.5 inches wider than the GT3 seats. The seats are also very close to the tunnel though, and about 2" from the doors. I think that it would be tough to fit an EVO 3 seat in the car, and if so, you could only install 1, and it would require custom mounts to shift it towards the door. Even so, it would be very close, width-wise. The height is about the same using stock sliders. They do make non-slider brackets to drop the seat down lower.

I have no found any other seating that is as wide as the EVO3. I have one on order and will see if I fit.

Is there any companies that will make a custom seat to fit?

My GT3 goes to the Dealer Monday to look at the Headliner issue. They are trying to get photos from the Factory of the roof area.
