Well spotted! The letters and numbers are laser cut from reflective blue and solid black 3M vinyl exactly as the original plate and stuck on a white reflective base. The plate or sticker if you like, is and identical copy of the original plate but in vinyl sticker. You need to stand as close as 3 feet away from the car to tell that it's not the real deal. Looks 1000x better in my opinion than a normal plate that doesn't flow with the bumper. By law here, we have to carry a front plate so this was my way of personalizing it!

Very nice Johannes, do you know if it makes any difference on-track? And did it fit right on to your Mk1 bumper, or did you have to modify it or the bumper?

Not tracked it yet so don't know. Just had to drill a few more holes to make it fit, took about 1 hour to do the job.

The Supercup lip was my own bodyshop, while other body mods have been performed by House Of Cars. Al Nabooda does all the servicing to maintain the cars extended warranty.
