Question Colour Choice

I am hoping to place an order for one of the last 2005 GT3's that are available in the UK and I have a choice of three cars that meet most of my requirements.

It has come down to two real choices out of those available, one is in atlas grey and the other is in the Carrera GT Silver. Both are similar spec (non PCCB) so really I just have to choose between the two colours.

Does anyone have any decent pictures of both colours as I cannot get a real impression from the colour charts in the dealers and I cannot view the cars yet.

What are your views on the colours?

Thanks guys (& girls)

Ollie

Carrera GT silver-I like that color. But it's your choice. IS GT silver a special order color? Regards. Mike

I saw an Atlas Grey GT3 at a dealer here when I was shopping for my car and hated it. Check it out in person, maybe it will appeal to you.

Silver is too common of a color for a car. I have atlas grey and absolutely love it. Many whom have seen my car also think the color is perfect for GT3. In the end, it's really up to your own personal taste.

I'd go for silver or white, of course I'm biased and colourblind!

Does anyone have any pictures of the car in the two colours, as my dealer cannot get hold of the cars for me to view?

I think I am edging towards the CGT Silver, with it being a different colour to the regular metallic silver and possibly a rarer colour.

Ollie :-)

Living in the UK where the skies are often dull I'd go for the lighter car.

I have only once seen Atlas, it was on a Turbo, and I thought it looked quite nice. It is a very dark charcoal color with a very slight coolness to it. I thought it was a black car at first, it seems a lot closer to black than my Slate grey car. I'm not sure how different the CGT silver is from the 'normal' Arctic, but I still think living in the UK that would be my choice. It will show the dirt far less, and be much easier to live with.

OK, try this, there is no Atlas, but it is somewhere between my slate and black. This is our local gang at Button Willow from earlier this year.

CGT silver is darker than the standard silver and a bit lighter than Seal grey -- it's a very nice color. Here's an exemplar for you....
