Default Aluminum racing pedals

Has anyone replaced their boring stock pedals with aluminum racing pedals???
I am particularly interested in hearing from anyone who have purchased them from ultimatepedals.com.

RUF are really thick, good quality aluminium and the best looking. They have rubber 'bumps' inserts over the entire face for non slip.

Just curious, but it seems like the Carnewal pedals should easliy screw on, was that the case or is there something I'm missing on doing a self install.

I got the Rennline ones. Good looking, good quality, great price, easy install.

Holger, did you get the "race" or "street" Rennline pedals? Looks like with the race version you keep your heel on the gas. Is that what you do?

I got the race version. Their photo is somewhat deceptive, in reality the gas & brake are not that close together. I need to work on my heel & toe technique and thought this might help. Actually, either version would work for me as I roll my foot on the gas while braking. I figured that if I didn't care for the race version, I could always buy the street version separately later for a reasonable price...another reason these pedals appealed to me.

you pull off the rubber boots on the brake and clutch. Drill holes. For gas pedal, the pedal goes on top of existing one. Must drill holes in original pedal.

anyone installed Manthey carbon pedals? Does anyone know where to buy really good quality floormats with GT3 logo??
ultimatepedals looks very interesting, you can even order the GT3 logo on the pedals and heel/toe extensions.

I just bought custom Lloyd mats with GT3 Logo. Go to Lloydmats.com. Very nice mats.

Jack,
Did those pedals from Carnewal come with the GT2 logo on them when purchased? Know if they are available with the GT3 logo? Tnx
