Mk1 GT3 Club Sport roll cage removable?

The Mk 1 GT3 CS I rode in did have the door bars on it. It is a Euro spec car. I was told these came installed from factory. The current owner of the GT3 CS also owns a GT2 CS and his GT2 did not come with the door bars.
