Default GT3 RS alcantara package

I have been thinking of buying that alcantara package from Gert for my GT3.

The problem is that the pictures I have seen of these parts, make the alcantara look much brighter than the alcantara that my car has on the ceiling. It almost looks like a light grey colour.

Is this really how it looks like, or is it just the flash of the camera that is affecting the colour of the alcantara.

Anyone have the alcantara package?

Thanks

It's the flash.

It looks the same than the alcantara used on the ceiling on black interior 996s.

If you want to try, take a picture of a black leather shifter, or a tire, and the result will be a light grey tire or shifter.

If I didn't already have the thicker wheel I'd be tempted. Price includes everything there except the wheel center? Is the wheel the thick one?

skl: The RS wheel is slightly thicker than the stock wheel according to my fingers but not as thick as the thicker wheel option from my memory of fondling one in a display car. I deleted the thicker wheel option from my order in favor of the RS parts from Gert, my only regret is they weren't on sale when I ordered them.

The steering wheel is a lighter colour than the headlining, but this is due more to the way the napp lies. if you want to make it darker just rub it the other way!

It does feel very nice though and has worn exceptionaly well over the past 10 months.

Has anyone fitted the RS front bumper to their car? Is it a fairly straight forward bolt on application or.....?
