Well it's up and closed in, and it has the lift. Never mind that it still needs paving, permanent power, insulation, drywall, permanent lighting, epoxy floor, full bathroom, workbench & cabinets, satellite, beer-miester etc. All good things come in time. Here are the pix I promised.

Awesome!
I'm just in the final stages of getting ready to start my remote garage.
What lift did you go with?

That is a PowerRex SL10000-OH. I bought it from Callahan products at 800-295-8853. It's well built & was 2/3 the cost of a Rotary. It has a few features that I liked better as well.

Larry:

Nice!!

Can I use your lift to install PSS-9 on my car? I might be able to borrow scales from Chip for corner weight.

MIGHT BE able to borrow scales?? You'd better bring more to the party than that. How about your own pit crew, tools, beer, etc. and then you have a deal.

Very nice garage. I am terribly envious of anyone who lives out of the city..If I could have a "real" garage, I would probably never see the light of day. (Unless, of course to drive or ride my bike)
