Default Puff of white smoke

My car was parked on an incline (don't know if that matters), when I started it, there was huge puff of white smoke, the engine ran fine, checked the oil, everything looks fine. Any suggestions? This is the first time I have seen this on any car I have ever driven. Please help!

And, you are going to see this many more times. It's perfectly normal, and might either be oil or condensation depending on how white the smoke was. If the car is parked at least overnight, oil seeps through into the cylinders and burns off at startup.

Thanks Viken, it had me worried for a while, the smoke wasn't too thick, and didn't smell of anything.
The car has been running great, no problems whatsoever ( I hope it remains this way), except for a prematurely worn carpet mat.

I heard that it was just a little bit of oil pooling in the turbos. Is this correct?

Yes, that happens as well. However, the above stated condition is very well known and much more common. Nothing to worry about unless the puff of smoke becomes permanent.
