You'll have to excuse the mess on my basement workbench. The two pieces I received appear to be mirror images. Hopefully this helps some.
Those that have installed their units, what do you think? Been a bit busy this summer (just go married!) and haven't bothered to slap them on yet.

Thanks. Your picture actually showed me it might be user error since i did not unwrap it fully. I could not get that one flange to move at all so thought they were welded that way. I just tried the other side and got it to rotate. 🤦♂️
They still don’t look like mirror images; one has less pipe than the other between the o2 bung and flange, but we’ll see if it is an issue.

Cool, thanks. I’ll work on getting them on this week and provide impressions.
I’m mainly looking for better sound. I have just Fabspeed mufflers on there now and it sounds …not great. When I bought it, it had a catless x pipe that sounded wicked, but I needed to pass emissions so I put stock cats on. Hoping this gets me back close to that previous sound.
Congrats on getting married.

There were no issues installing mine. I am very happy with the sound coupled with my Fister mufflers. I wanted more volume than just the mufflers, but less than the speedtech lemans I had before. Really nice tone, high pitched not boomy like some other setups.

Another good option (but not cheap) is Cargraphics full system which is header back with 200 cell cats. I did that on my 996 GT3 a year or so ago and I'm thrilled with the whole thing. Would do it again in a minute.

Finally finished the FVD 200 cell x pipe install. It did exactly what I hoped: gave the exhaust note a higher pitched wail that sounds more like a proper GT car rather than like a goose honking when I would blip the throttle previously (When it was Fabspeed mufflers only). It also got rid of the drone I had below 3k.
However, I do now have a vibration I can feel through the seat at 4k. It goes away at 4100. Not sure if I over or under tightened something, or if this is a price to pay. I have 964 RS engine mounts and while I never noticed NVH with them before, maybe now it is contributing? Though I would bet on me messing something up.

Well this is rather annoying. I'm running into issues with my M&M install. The drivers-side cat is too high to the point where it touches the crash bar heat shield. I've dropped a line to Gert at Carnewal but I'm pretty sure I'm SOL for waiting this long to install this. Exhaust hasn't been touched up until this point and the stock cats had plenty of clearance prior to pulling it so I know it's not a motor mount issue/etc.

There isn't enough clearance to install the heat shield or the rear crash structure properly. I've tried quite a few permutations of pipe length for each of the elbows along with rotating the elbows in place, but I can't seem to get the left cat low enough to get the rear bumper back on. There should be a solid 1/2-1" clearance between the rear heat shield & the cats and I'm nowhere near that.
I did also try swapping the elbows which fixed the height issue to some extent, but then the O2 sensor bungs are facing downward which is also not correct & I'm fairly sure would interfere with the mufflers. Not happy about this but I'm probably SOL as it's been a year since I bought the parts.
edit: you can see Sirenty's install here. Nothing at all like what I'm dealing with.

@Sirenty or @dukmon if it's not too much trouble can I bother you to photograph the area where your headers meet the x-pipe on both sides? I think M&M will likely make this right as there's a mandatory 2-year German warranty for all goods, but it would be nice to get a bit more information. I don't have any reason to believe I'm the issue, but It would be nice to get some extra proof if possible.
