I think we had to order it from Germany when one of mine went bad. That was a few months ago.

I checked a couple Porsche dealerships in the United States, the part is in their catalog but neither one shows any in stock. You should ask them to see if the part is in a Porsche parts warehouse in the United States.

$437 (US Dollars)

thanks for the tip. there is no stock at all for this P/N.

I keep on having 95910505101 that sounds like the part im looking for.

Anybody can point me to what the difference is between these? i feel like they are the same, just a different version...

thanks for any input to clarify these 2 p/n and if they are the same or not or compatible
(there is lots of stock of 95910505101)

i understand that the p/n ending with 1 is for the MK2 and the one ending 4 is for the MK1.

We used the 997.2 Cup tensioners on my last Mezger build. These are the 997 part number ones and replaced the 959 part number which came out. Side by side comparison between the two, the Cup ones were stiffer.

I have 997 adjusters also in my other engine. They indeed feel stiffer by hand. Dimensions are all the same.

The adjusters which were used in the last 997 cup engines with article numbers: 997.105.061.70 and 997.105.062.70
are available from the aftermarket here in germany.
Schaeffler / INA part number 551 0045 10 and 551 0043 10

just remember stiffer tensioners mean added wear on chains and ramps

I would also use the corresponding 997 part # Cup chain.....
