It looks like Corsa will be enginering a Titanium Exhaust system for the GT3 in the near future.

from what i have read the mufflour weight is around 60lb with the Corsa Ti it should be around a 40 to 50lb weight loss.

That is certainly the best place to loose 50lbs, sounds very interesting, is it headers & all, or just muffler/cats etc?

I would think muffler and related pipes, no cats (illegal) no headers,
they will take some time to develope the sound cancellation technolodgy

I took the liberty of sending Corsa an e-mail to ask about their plans for the GT3.
Following is their answer. Nothing definite, but they seem to be moving in that direction. It would probably help, if you are interested, to call Jim Browning, express interest and give him your name and e-mail address.

This is something that we going to look at soon. We have had a few people show some interest and we would like to enter the Porsche market place.

We are currently working on a system for the Cayenne Turbo for a local dealer and have a local customer with a 04 Turbo 996 Cab. We will have the 911 cab. at the end of June to try a few things on that car as well.



I have also been in contact with a gentleman that has a 04 GT3 that will be bring his car over for us to use. Once the car is here, then I will have a better idea on cost and timing.
