If it has a certificate of destruction like the OP states, can it be made street-able again? Isn’t that different than a salvage title?

That makes no sense. How can a stock car be worth that much unless it was never driven? Furthermore, the buyer states that he is going to drive it a lot. Which makes even less sense.

 

Yes, there are a lot of strange claims with this car that do not add up.

I'd be very surprised if any of it was true.
