By what measure? Verified by whom? I'm pretty sure CJV has considerably more power to all four than that.

It's just a claim. Some guy in a black E55 came down and told the owner of the place that yesterday. Myself, Metalsolid and Eyal 951 were there.

Though I'd claim bull**** about fastest Porsche in NA, It is still probably a breathe taking drive. I'd like to see it. There are some people that do some insane stuff and don't publisize it. I know of a 944 turbo that puts down just about 500 to the wheels. That being hundreds of pounds lighter then a 996 TT, who knows.... Of course it does't have the AWD for a good start, and turbo lag like you GT-2 owners will never see in your cars...

"THE FASTEST PORSCHE IN NORTH AMERICA" 541 Hp to all four tires.
According to whom??
I hate poser cars.
Think this car showed up at the PCASDR autocross last weekend, highly snickered at in the pits, all show no go

My vote for the fastest Porsche in NA would be the Carrera GT

Guys, calm down, its just a claim, if you don't buy it (as I don't) don't hasle Dusty about it, talk to Meridian, they are the ones that came by and said "we will have the fastest Porsche in NA next Sunday". All Dusty is trying to say is that there are going to be some nice cars there. By the way, I wouldn't call 541 to all wheels "all show and no go" I've also personally seen the suspension that meridian developed for the porsche, its a pretty nice setup. I'm not a huge fan of Meridian, but they do have some nice stuff. I'd rather go RUF or something...

Eyal, do elaborate on that specially developed suspension by Meridian. I didn't realize Matt was a suspension engineer.

Geez, where were these guys for the European Car Shootout, I mean don't tell me we missed the fastest 996TT in NA???

BTW, look at the specs, even my old blue Turbo was 551hp to all 4 wheels and 535lb.-ft. of TQ on a Mustang load bearing dyno, which usually spits out low numbers.

The question is, can that ugly Gemballa wannabe POS break 11 in the 1/4 mile. My money says NO!!!

He showed me some coil over gas shock thing... said it was made especially for his company, and "is the best for your money" Looked decent to me, but not as good as you can get I'm sure. How old is he, i think I went to school with him... Dady bought a company?

Those guys at Meridian are too funny. They are so full of **** it's not even funny.

You might have gone to school with Matt Smith, he is probably around your age. His father is George Smith, a well known mortgage banker here in Los Angeles-- George Smith Partners, his father lives in Hidden Hills.

According to what I've heard, George is the primary investor behind Meridian along with Matt Mesler, who was formerly at By Design.

I used to be cool with Mesler and thought he was alright until he started talking **** one day on 6SpeedOnline saying that my old Turbo was slow and that his silver "Fastest in North America" piece of **** was the ****. His Porsche is a rolling time bomb and all he does is get EVO's Stage 4GT and crank up the boost to 1.5 bar. Yeah, real smart. That's what I call tuning.

Well after seeing my old car hit 10.74s at the EC Shootout, I think the verdict is clear.

So tell me Hamann 7, how come a big badass like you needed somebody else to drag your car to a 10.74 et ( and the roadcourse too) or did all your " racing in the Malibu Canyons" not prepare you for that ?

Funny, all the cars in the Shootout were driven by Cort Wagner. Did you read the article? Does European Car even get distributed in Alaska?

And who's racing in the Malibu Canyons?

When you can actually afford one of these cars, then spout off. Are you jealous? Or are you one of Matt's little bitches?

It must be frustrating not to have any driving talent, unfortunely for you ,skills or courage can't be bought but don't worry, you still have your big mouth.
