One very cool thing about that bra is it protects the oil coolers - mine are already shot to hell.

That was another big factor. They indicate that the mesh lets maximum air through and is tough as nails.

I think he meant the radiators(water coolers) which in effect cool the oil, albeit not directly...

I know the ones on each side are radiators. Perhaps the center one is a dedicated oil cooler???

The detailed brocuhure idicates that there is a separate transmission oil cooler. I wonder if that is what the center cooling unit is for???

Isn't the A/C condensor on the driver's side, ahead of front wheel?

That's how it looks in the schematic.

one's in front are A/C condensers and the center is another radiator for extra water cooling capacity

cool picture though, where'd that come from?

Okay Bob, now I am confused...The 3 radiators in the front are for water cooling...Correct??? Where is the tranny oil cooler located???

just to be clear - there are three radiators for the water cooling system - one on each side ahead of the front wheels and one in the center. The other units on the sides are a/c condensers. I'm not sure where the transmission oil cooler is - now I'm going to have to go look around. Oh, and FWIW - the brochure is wrong - it has a schematic (page 26-27) that appears to be pointing to the center radiator and calling it an a/c condenser unit but this is definitely wrong and you can even tell by the plumbing that it's in-line with the cooling system.

my guess is that the transmission oil cooler is a simple loop-style cooler stashed up there somewhere because I haven't seen another radiator-type cooler anywhere. I could have easily missed it since I haven't changed the transmission fluid or anything like that yet

This was taken from the tech specs page regarding the tranny:

Transmission
Replaceable gear ratios for competition use
Steel baulk rings on third, fourth and fifth gear
Dedicated oil cooler and splash-oil lubrication
Limited-slip differential
