HI,

I really want a GT3, my local colorado dealer does not have an allocation.

I read about cars on lots. Could anyone please give me specifics? I don't care about options. Will take anything in red, white and speed yellow.

Any unspoken for allocations would be great too.

I made a suggestion for the creation of a permanent topic just for this purpose so people could go to one source to find their dream car.....it fell on deaf ears.

 

Hey Blue, when I made my decision on the GT3 I couldn't find one either, so I just went to the Prosche dealer locator, picked the dealerships within 500 miles, and started dialing. Found 3 cars, 2 in colors I would take (black & red) and third time lucky, slate grey. It took me about 90 mins, and I found mine in the M's. (They list alphabectically)

'sjsharks' is right, it would be very helpful to keep a list of the available cars on Rennlist. Porsche's system, that we get to use is incomplete.

Anyway, there were four speed yellow, a guards red, and a black one available over the last couple of weeks. One dealer even wrote on this forum about his GT3s. Many GT3s have been posted on ebay motors.

Do some calling like 'macfly' and others have done.

I just spoke to my dealer and he has one allocation left for July production. He is a great guy and I recommend him highly(usual disclaimer- no affiliation or gain to me).

There are 7 in Autoweek, of which 3 are red(I think one has been sold).

Rusnak Porsche has a silver one.

Walters Auto Sales(Riverside) has three Pimped over on the lot.

Stevens Creek in San Jose has a silver one. I plan to take a peek at this one on Thursday.

I went to Stevens Creek on Saturday morning to go see it. They said the silver one had not arrived and would not until the end of the month. They also indicated the car was already sold.
