Smile Finally Got It !

Just picked up my car. Plan on taking a long drive tomorrow. For those interested some initial thoughts comments:

1. Car was manufactured in October, the vessel just came in earlier this week. Pretty much stone stock, with Xenons and Crest Seats. SY with black interior, yellow belts. Car came with Michelins - not the Rosso's. Don't know the crankcase model yet.

2. Car sits lower firmer ride, although not uncomfortable at all. The clutch is much firmer feel then the 996 C2 I traded, although not heavy at all. Maybe its me but the shifting feels sloppier, not as precise as the 996. Brakes are killer.

Thats it for now, will have a better report later. Going out to do more driving.

Congratulations! Great day for an inaugural drive. Blood Mtn? Blairsville?

Applications for the January DE at Road Atlanta are available at the Peachstate website; they will accept those postmarked no sooner than Monday.

Only the PS2's, along with the P-Zero Rosso, are factory approved for the GT3 at this time.

Bill,

Congrats and enjoy it in good health.

I think the only way PSCs are sold is through Tirerack, right?

The Pilot Sport Cup is sold through the Tire Rack and other Michelin dealers. It is not OEM on any car except the M3 CSL.
