Check the fuel injection fuse (Row C #2 for me). Check the coils to see if any are bulging or exploded. This just happened to me. It ended up melting an injector wire when the coil got hot.

Clogged fuel filter
Fuel pump going bad
Fuel pressure regulator going bad
Clogged fuel injectors
Plugs/coils are old
CPS is going bad/MAF needs cleaning
Bad fuel fillup
I take it no CEL or codes? How does it the engine run when running?
I take it that the engine cranks over okay just doesn't start?
Those are some places to start for "stalls and won't start"

Yes, any fault codes? So it stalled on you and wont start up again? How's the battery - did you test it? (Just a good item to rule out of the equation). Posted some of our articles below for you to look through as you continue to diagnose the issue.

I would first check to see if the engine is getting good fuel with the proper fuel pressure, then I would check to see if the car is getting a good live spark to all your plugs. Then make sure you have no blocked air filter or throttle body. Make sure your battery is charged. Check your compression. If all checks out ok, then Call Someone or contact these engine Makers here on the site, there are some very good engine guys here.
