Default 18x8.5/18x11 on '99 C2

I have a line on a set of aftermarket GT3 wheels that are listed as 18 x 8.5 front and 18 x 11 rear. I don't yet know the offsets but will provide them. In general will these fit my stock '99 C2?

Thanks!

11 inch rear wheels will fit a narrow body? I thought the most you cold comfortable get in there were 10 inch.

I spoke with the seller. Offsets are ET 40 (Front) and ET 63 (Rear). I decided to pass as I plan to lower the car and don't care to roll the fenders.

This set seems like a pretty good deal if they are the right size for your car:

Thanks for everyone's input.

I mounted 8.5 w 50mm offset front, 11 w 64mm offset rear with no rubbing even with 19" wheels which added an extra inch to overall tire diameter on my 2004 C2

I have the OEM 996.2 GT3 wheels with the same exact offsets front and rear and they fit perfect on my NB 996 cab. If the price is $250 for all 4, they are a bargain even aftermarket and used.

Thanks for all the responses to the thread, specifically application to the narrow body cars. I now know I have more options for wheels. I have the original solid turbo twist 17" wheels and I was thinking about going with 996.2 18" wheels. Unfortunately, Porsche made a bunch of different widths with a bunch of different offsets. It makes searching on the internet for used wheels a little tougher. I am sure there are other threads on the topic, as far as what widths and offsets will fit a narrow body car.

What size tire on the 11" wheels? The stock size for the 10" wheels is 285/30/18.

Is your car lowered? Spacers? Rolled Fenders?

The original owner on mine put 19" TechArt wheels. Looks amazing but the front tires do rub just slightly. No problems in the rear.
