Pseudo Nim

Hi all,

So I got my hands on a Bill Jehle subwoofer enclosure (this one). I'm trying to figure out how to mount this. Does anyone have this in their car? Speaking with Bill, it would seem they either drill a hole in the car body for the bolt, or they use velcro, both of which I'm not too certain about (hole in the body is .. well, a hole, and I feel like velcro will destroy the carpet, which will be bad for resale later - or am I wrong?).
