Alignment and Corner Balance $500 - Coilovers
I had a new suspension installed about a year ago, H&R Street Performance coilovers. Took it in for an alignment today and decided to throw in the corner balance too. Total cost $500.
I took it to a high end shop that builds and services Porsche race cars. Don't know if I'll really notice a difference but just thought I would provide a price data point if anyone was going to have the corner balance done.

Can you share specs on alignment and corner weight data?

Sure, I'll will scan the printouts provided and post. I have no idea what it all means. I will say the car did seem to drive better. I drove 11 miles of twisty back roads between 30 - 60 mph on the way there this morning. On the way back the car just drove better. Ride height was adjusted slightly too.

I am looking to go coilovers, and recently inquired about this with my local indy shop.
Alignment was $165
Corner balance was ~$400
The kicker was, i figured just have them install too. Pfft, he said ~$200 per corner. For $800, i will take the time to put them on myself, then take it there for alignment and balance

Firestone, lifetime alignment, $180! But after the 4th time, they started getting a little cranky so I just switched stores for the 5th one.
Corner balance you just want to make sure your cross weights are even with driver or equivalent weight In the driver's seat.
Alignment spec on my '99 DD:
Front 0 camber 0 toe
Rear -1.2 camber and 1mm of toe in
And on my '99 track car:
Front -4.4 camber and 2mm toe out
Rear -3.8 camber and 2mm toe in

Total Weight: 3390
Fuel Tank: 50% full
Driver: 160 lbs
LF:629
RF:617
LR: 1106
RR: 1038
Cross Weight 1723 (50.8%) - 50/50 is ideal, perfect
Cross Weight 1667 (49.2%)
The best achievable cross weight was 50.3 and 49.7. I didn't want to pay the extra for them to attempt to reach this. Ride height is lower than factory.

The only tracking I do is the occasional visit to New Jersey Motorsport Park for the "Track Days" $190 for classroom instruction, tech inspection, and 4 x 20 minute sessions around the track. It's almost impossible to beat that price for the experience.

Doesn't matter if the suspension is factory or aftermarket as long as its not worn out
Was it done with a laser rack or strings?
For $500, it should be perfect.
Here are my alignment results
