Daaaannnngggg!! I thought I would try a different vendor than my usual online parts goto (pelican). Your website is SO bad I'm not even going to spend the time. Seriously; I don't say this to be an ***, but to say that convenience of online shopping is a major factor for me so if another vendor has a much better site I'll just shop there instead. Couple of dollars and a day or two of shipping doesn't make that much difference to me.
Fix your website to be competitive and I bet your business would grow significantly!

Had no issues with Suncoast or Pelican so far, although I agree Suncoasts shipping prices seem a tad inflated, but glad this thread got resurrected as that's more options for when I need stuff (and I do!)

depends on the car I am shopping parts for.

since this is the 996 forum, Pelican is my go to place for that car (and the BMWs). Great service, very good prices and reliable shipping. They have even sourced parts for me that do not show up on their web site, and their price was cheaper than the dealer price.

This looks like an older post, but I’d add Rennpart to the list. When I needed hardware for my 996 project he helped me out and I’ve gotten several dealer only items from him since. Great small business to work with, he treats Rennlisters right on pricing, amazing communication and the owner is a nice guy too.

Good to hear it's working now, the current website is new version that was just launched in October 2017. If you have any questions just let me know.

Remember I offer a 10% off discount for Rennlister's, enter RENNLIST in the coupon code section at checkout.

First place I visit for all of my European car parts is FCPEuro.com. They have been awesome over the past 6-7 years. They even offer lifetime warranty on ALL of the parts they sell! Yes, even brake pads, brake rotors, and anything else you can think of!

Their prices are a little higher then Warehouse 33, and then even cheaper with the 10% I offer. Give us a try sometime.
I heard they even offer lifetime oil, crazy.

If you are looking for genuine Porsche, you will not beat Paramount Parts in NC. They are the online parts dept for several dealers in that area.

I just had ANOTHER outstanding positive experience with Pelican Parts. I have been getting parts for a good decade form my P cars and BMWs. zero defects, great service, very fair prices.

They are on the other side of the country from me........ and are my go to guys.

I know this is an old thread, so I'm sorry for going all Thread Necromancer on it... I thought I'd add that Suncoast wants a 25% restocking fee if you have to send something back for a refund. I negotiated that down to 10%, but they started at 25%. Something to keep in mind when shopping.

Warehouse 33 has the best prices I've found on consumables - filters, etc - that I've run across, so I'll be shopping there from now on.

I have no affiliation with FCP Euro but the company is so great in so many ways, I will not buy from another retailer.

You can return parts up to 365 days!! I've had to return a few parts. SOOOO easy!

Look at all of the other retailers. Restocking fees, limited window on when you can return parts, and no warranty. Who cares if the prices are lower. In the end, you will pay more in frustration or money.

I don't use their lifetime warranty but it is nice to know it is there. The fact that they even offer it shows they are clearly different. I reward companies like that with loyalty. Clear example of "You get what you pay for".
