Same expirence, I did the package repair. from prior experience, once one goes then the others are weak link in system. Not a job for faint of heart.
Klaus was able to answer any concerns right when I was doing mine,
Very Quick turn around. Mark you parts before sending.

Hi Hurdi,

My pistons aren't leaking, but my top has been slowing and today would only get to about the peak (mid-retract) and stopped. You indicated that it could be a battery issue. Could you expand on that please? Thanks!

I had mine rebuilt by a shop out of Florida for $750 plus installation by an Atlanta indie.

FWIW: Klaus/ToP Hydraulics is no longer doing cylinder repair & exchange for Porsche cylinders.

Looks like the best option remains Cabriolet Hydraulics out of Sarasota. Same services, high quality workmanship, extremely reliable.

Klaus said he had to cut back their offerings due to the inability to hire and train techs.
If things turn around he'll consider offering the service again.
