Removal of decals and replace with new 991 decals
This is my first post so nice to meet everyone.
My question is on an 04 C2 Cabriolet can you replace the Carrera decal with a new 991 decal.
Mine is a c2 so I would like the decal to read.......
Porsche
Carrear 911
.....instead of it just reading Carrera.
Any thoughts or is this a bad idea. I am open to your suggestions.

You can purchase those rear badges from places like Sunset Porsche or Sunset Porsche. You can also order in several different custom Porsche colors from www.bumperplugs.
Add the "S" and get a few more HP.

hehehe
Just messin' with ya!!!
Seriously...
Well, I changed my rear logo out. (see pic) Bought the "Porsche" and "Carrera" letters from Porsche and was pretty easy to install. Many people change the look of the logos on these cars and so no worries, you won't be branded a heretic.
The only cardinal sin on this topic is to badge a car into something it's not... like changing the rear logo to say it's a "Carrera 4S" when it's only a Carrera 4... or even worse, converted a wide body NA 996 (i.e. C4S) to look like a Turbo (changing logos, installed side air intakes, etc.) and attempt to sale it as such. Not cool at all... and legally speaking that's a clear case of fraud.
