Default Just picked up a 2003 Carrera2

Good evening guys,
I recently picked up my 2003 Guards Red 911 Carrera 2 from a dealership in the DFW area of Texas. I did a lot of reading and searching before I pulled the trigger and I am in love with it to say the least.

55K miles
Sports Exhaust
6 speed

Enjoy the pictures!

Oh, it does already have ECS Tuning wheel spacers and H&R Super Sport Springs on it.

Way to step into a room!

Nicely done. You win. Correct color BTW.

While shopping for mine my color list was white, red, back.... then other. I searched hard for a 996.2 in red but had no luck at the time. I ended up with other on my color scale, but very similar to yours in that it came with h&r springs and had a HVAC display that was going bad.

LCD kit from here is a simple DIY and the font closely matched the OEM font. http://shop.914rubber.com/996-986-LCD-Display-unit-wth-connectors-replacement-kit-996986LCD.htm

Very nice car you have there!

Thank you gentlemen! It's my first exotic sports car ever. I have always owned and driven Mustangs, my current being a 2015 GT that I am building for drag racing. It is a completely different experience than any other car I've even been in or driven, it's euphoric.

dblvanos, thanks for the link! I was just searching for a replacement for that!

Beautiful. PSE is a must-have option for the 996, IMO. Absolutely glorious sound.
