Default Throttle Valve Potentiometer

Is this the same thing as a throttle position sensor?

Awesome. Thx!

Grabbing it off the DME at the same time as the oil temp sensor. When I get some higher values for the oil temp this weekend I will post them to your thread.

Pin 44 "TV-signal" of the DME? Oil temp is pin 73 of the DME. Yeah, let me know what oil temp you see.

One potential issue with the stock oil sensor is it sits ~1" above the oil sump bottom, on the right side (bank 2) of the engine and OUTSIDE the plastic oil baffle of the sump. So it's perceivable with extreme g-force (e.g., hard and long right turns), it could be starved of engine oil. If that happens, I think we should see pretty sharp oil temp drop (crankcase air temp) though. This may also explain what Jake saw.

I'll be able to log it at 10Hz and should be able to tell if that happens and correlate it to the g-force.

Haha, I know. I wonder if "TV" is German.

BTW, from the Porsche oil temp sensor tolerance curve, at the range of interest (100C to 150C), the error is about +/- 5 degrees C (or +/- 10 degrees F).
