My local new car dealership has a guy that does leather /vinyl /cloth seat repairs cracks ,cuts, worn out ,even trim pieces like center console need painting. .He repairs it and you can hardly tell there was a problem.I have seen them repair bullet holes in leather ,cloth even head liner and you would never know the holes were there. The prices vary but every new car dealer 's used car dept has someone they use ,just ask the used car manager or a used car tech for their info. Most of them will come to your house depending on how much work they have and you need. Its a reasonable cost to repair compared with recovering the seats and it looks good lasts long time.

I wish I had seen this thread earlier. I just shelled out close to $475 to have one piece of leather replaced on the driver side bolster. The leather itself was about $200. It's billed by the square inch.
