Lightbulb 996 TRON

Hi all,

Thought some might appreciate my friends modification of this car, also many will hate and vote for worse mod.

in short a fairly standard 996.2 c4, trip(was silver), tinted windows, black gloss wrap, tint headlights, and the white TRON lines. Alloys painted black as well, and calipers painted white.

Here is one photo for starters

+1 from me.

Are the "lights" just reflective lines or actual lights? I've seen a couple of cars with actual LEDs across the car, and at night they looked absolutely unreal. 996 with real LED blue glow would kill it!

The next generation of "Tron" cars will feature the paint job from my link. Once that technology becomes affordable, it it is off to the races.

The lines are just reflective, not actual LED. but yes LED lights would be epic.

Would I do it to my car? Uhh . . . no.
Is it cool and creative? Absolutely. Plus, it's a wrap.

Almost looks like one of those wireframe art installments. Pretty interesting, if you ask me, though perhaps not something I'd do to a daily driver. Definitely unique.

I'd give it a thumbs up. If it only shows up as a reflection, camera flash as example, and the rest of the time it is all black... pretty cool. You would drive a black car unless the light hit it right.
