Just curious. Has anyone used this site before? They sell personalized Porsche badges and are located in Holland. Good experiences/bad ones?
Its something that I am considering doing, but is a bit pricey (starts at around $US650) so I want to make sure that they are legit.

hmmmm...I already have a personalized plate so I am all good there.
This company sells Porsche replacement badges that affix to the engine cover so for example you would replace the chrome "Carrera" with whatever personalization that you want.

I don't see how this would get you in trouble. Its your car, customize as you see fit (but not make it dangerous on the road)
Going to think about some custom 4.0 badging. thx for sharing.

"The starting rate for an exclusive nameplate for your Porsche, including the first 5 letters, is € 595. Every additional letter on top of that costs € 75"
Unless each letter adds 3HP, this is stupid.

This ranks up there with the people that put the name of their families in latin style calligraphy on the back of their trucks or the stick figures on all the soccermom miniVans.

Heh. I love it when some poor bastard has to drive his wife/girlfriend's car with an "I'm not spoiled - My boyfriend loves me" or "Daddy's Princess" or other "I'm obviously a chick" frame or sticker.
My in-laws bought a used Nissan that had a massive rainbow (gay pride) sticker and added their own pirate-themed bumper sticker. Dad-in-law was chagrined when I explained that his car read "butt pirate" to everyone else.
I don't know if this is a "thing" in other states, but out here people with pickups love to memorialize their dead family members on the back window. Invariably, they put the name in quotes:
"STEVE"
1972-2010
Unless Steve was a nickname, it doesn't need quotes...and I just don't get the point behind the mobile headstone. Is the goal to make other drivers feel like crap? Or maybe the idea is that other drivers will forgive any crappy driving since the driver is clearly grief-stricken because "STEVE" died just 6 short years ago. Maybe I'm supposed to get his attention at the next signal to get him to roll the window down..."HEY! Over here! *pause* Sorry about STEVE, man. He was a good guy. Well, I'm assuming he was a good guy since you feel the need to drive around town doing your creepy mobile memorial service thing."
As far as the stick figure people, this is the only one I have ever LOLed at; my wife is Mormon and didn't LOL.
